End User License Agreement

Please read the terms of the following License Agreement before using any of the Daniel Belik products  (“Products”). The sound, samples and programming in the products remain the property of Daniel Belichenko and are licensed, not sold, to you for use in music production. By installing, copying, or using the products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, you may not use the products.
The products is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
You can use the products in your music productions and live performances.
You cannot lend, rent, trade or resell the products.
The making of sample libraries in any form, commercial or otherwise, using products is strictly prohibited.
All products are provided “as is”. No orders will be refundable given the digital nature of products. We stay at your disposal for any help or support.
